Pablog On Examiner.com

This is a first: I'm posting about an article about the Pablog on the Pablog.

The piece is actually about more than just this blog. It's about Pablo, his experience, his journey, how the Pablog captured it and how our community blossomed around it. I posted a link to this story on Facebook and Twitter a day or two ago. It's gotten an incredible response. Jo Ann and I wanted to share the story here on the Pablog so that everyone can see it. We realize some people—
God bless you ALL!—don't use Facebook and Twitter and may not know about this wonderful story.

Here you go:

In yearlong blog, Dad chronicles life of Forest Lawn's newest, bestest tenant: Pablo Castelaz, age 6

Beautiful!
Thinking back to your previous comment about support group for parents and families, maybe that is something you could do. You are an incredible communicator, it is a gift.
Also please let us know what we can do by "us" I mean the anon people in the blogosphere - what can we do to help right now?

No time for twitter or facebook in my already crazy, out of control life so thanks for linking this here.Testament to the beauty and realness of life with Pablo.Recognize the the "Oh crap.Seriously crap." quote. ... that was tame compared to what I wanted to say then and still today. I'll keep it simple now though, and will just love you and support you as your journey with Pablo does indeed continue

Jeff, I read every day!!! I met you and your family when I was visiting my daughter, Kat, the day after Pablo passed. You are beautiful, strong people. Pablo is everywhere, even here in CT.!!!!!! Stay strong and keep writing. Love to you all, Janet Sambor( Kat's mom)

Jeff, I was thinking that maybe you could be the one writing the book on losing a child to cancer. This blog is an excellent start, and already bringing strength to so many. Your ability to articulate your journey with laughter, love and pain is incredibly connective and healing. Just a thought.

What an incredible article and honor -- I am struck, again, by all the meaning eking out of something that essentially has no meaning. Love appears, leaking and eking, out of all of this. Out of Pablo's life, out of Pablo, that beautiful boy of yours.
